I'm not sure if she's bored / into me, please help me out here.

Timeline:
I started texting her a week ago on Friday, then stopped on Sunday night.
Next week Saturday I texted her again. On Sunday evening I thought the chat came to an end again, but after the topic closed, 2 hours later she initiated and started a new topic and we're still talking.
We had a late night text conversation from 1:00-2:00 AM on Sunday.
It's the following Monday today.

She does put effort into her chats and I'm not the only one asking questions and bringing up new topics.

Pros:
- We share the same humor and find each other amusing
- Late night chats (had 2 in total as for now)
- She doesn't end the topic, she leaves open ended comments, etc.
- When we chat at night we text continuously, we don't leave the chat.

Cons:
- She takes her time to reply (typically 5-40 min.) I don't know if she's playing hard to get.

TL;DR
If she shows signs of interest but takes her time to respond even when online, is she into me? (she doesn't end the conversation either.)

Shy? Playing hard to get? Friend zone?

People basically say that all women shit test men. But of all the girls who have been into me or who I've been on a date with, most of them did not shit test me. I can think of two times where a girl I was on a date with might have done it to me, but I'm not sure if those times counted

So me and her chat on a dating/meet friends app. She says lets share our instagrams so we do. We message a bit back and forth over the next few days. Messages are quite detailed, includes photos, emojis and hearts. She then begins delaying the speed to the response but says let's video call tonight. I tell her I'm busy and will call her over the weekend. Weekend comes and i ask if she's free. She says she's feeling ill. A few days later she told me she puked the other day. I ask her how has she been feeling? No response. Next day, I wish her a happy Thanksgiving day. No response. Its been 2 days since then. I still see her posting stuff on Instagram but she hasn't read my messages. What happened? Is she playing hard to get? Does she want me to initiate a video call again? Or is she just not interested.

If a girl gets on a boat with a guy she obviously knows what she's getting into. So she's definitely not gonna say no, because why would she be out there alone on a boat with a guy? There's nothing sinister here, if she did say no then the answer would obviously be no. But she's not gonna say no because of the Implication.

Have you ever been led on sexually and then after 2 months, suddenly rejected? Who leads someone on by sending them pictures in underwear, and flirt with them, only to reject them when things start to become more intense.

For the sake of this conversation, "semi flirty" means she smiles and waves at him without him doing so first, and she appears to be trying to make the smiles cute, and she might even approach him

So there’s this really pretty girl that I goes to my college. I asked her to hang out through text. She responded “That would be great!” I then followed up asking her where she wanted to go and then she responded with “o crap I didn’t realize how busy my schedule is but I’ll let you know when I’m more free.” Is there still a chance here? I feel like there’s optimism that she did indeed did say yes on her first response but was that all planned just to be nice to set her up for the next message after that? Is it actually that she’s busy? What should I do next? Do I give it a month or so and if no response then do I follow up again? Do I even stand a chance?
