Polls: Guy's Behavior

What does it mean if a super secretive guy is being open with a girl yet doesn't make any moves? That guy chose to text me from the battlefield (were from ukraine) and not his parents (they were the ones who told they haven't heard from him for day , that was a year ago) and ever since he keeps being super open but doesn't make any moves.

Like very feminine and girly, giggly, sweet, soft voice, makeup done, dresses up, maybe doesn’t enjoy doing masculine activity’s tho like paint balling or stuff that gets her muddy

Do you like it or can there be too much sometimes?

This guy friendzoned me and said that I was hot AF but he wasn’t sure if he trusted me. We chat a lot still and lately he’s been dropping pet names like “doll”, “lovie” and most recently “babes”.

Is babes something guys call their female friends?

So I thought this guy was ghosting me after 10 days without hearing back from him, but he just messaged me that his messages hadn’t sent.

Just seems strange because my messages were still on unread…

I thought this dude was gone and now I’m struggling on what to say to him.

Any thoughts on how to respond?

Does this seem like a cover up for forgetting or needing a break from me?

It’s almost like he saw me when nobody else did because I was sort of a loner. He wasn’t and girls liked him etc. But he was genuinely kind … he listened when no one else did, he changed the page of my book when it was on the wrong page , he complimented me, he had his sister to talk to me when no one else did. And our mothers exchanged numbers for carpooling. I never forgot it after all these years

he's married now with a family and I reached out to thank him and I was left on seen. I wonder why he changed especially when I didn’t think it was anything more than nice niceness

This year so far has been pretty lucky for me. Met not one but two amazing guys. One didn't quite workout but this new one seems to be hitting the jackpot. He's almost everything I'm looking for in a guy.

It's early days though so I don't want to jinx anything but I think this might be it.

Here's my story:

I attended a fun summer daycare (not for babies) and met my crush there. I was hanging out with my best friend while she chatted with the person in charge. That person told me, "You are the shyest person I have ever met. Well, you and [my crush]." I was curious, asking myself, who could that be? The very next day, he sat next to me on the bus. He's pretty cute, and I began to develop feelings for him.

A whole year passed, and I hadn't revealed my crush or talked to him. Finally, I gathered the courage to tell my sisters. This turned out to be a mistake. They told my best friend and then my crush. When my best friend and I discovered that my sister spilled the beans to my crush, she insisted that I talk to him (for the very first time!). I said, "I don't know what she's talking about. I have nothing to say to you." I was so mean and embarrassing, right?

After that, his behavior became quite strange. He would always be right in front of or behind me in line, sit across from me on the bus, and twice, he followed me around when my best friend was out sick or something. One time, after being away for two weeks, I returned and was walking to the end of the line when I turned to see him staring and smiling widely at me. I literally jumped!

A few years later, on a Monday, I told the person in charge that my last day would be that Wednesday, and my crush stood next to her, looking a bit sad. Typically, we'd go to the pool on Wednesdays, but he always skipped because he didn’t like it or something. However, on that Wednesday, he came, but only to avoid going to the pool. He stayed out of the pool and watched everyone else swim (including me!). (It was my last day, not everyone else’s, which made me suspicious.) Later that day, at pickup, he stood in the middle of the hallway and watched me leave. So, what do you think? Does he like me back, or am I just imagining things? ❤

I think a lot of men like older women. They feel comfortable with older because women have more experience and wise to show him the way.

He said he will return it. He gambled a lot of money, his own (I don't know how much), 200 of mine and 800 that he borrowed. In comparison I make 1200 a month. So he gambled what would be my monthly salary and probably more. He makes around 3000 or more. But it seems he has a big gambling problem.

He saw messages on my phone that I am planning to get an additional job to do in the afternoon. And he said that I must not work that much and that I need to think about the baby. I snapped at him told him that I really need the money. All I have now is like 3 euros which can get me a cup of coffee around here and he tells me not to work that much. As if I have a choice... He didn't leave me any. I keep crying he says he is sorry but that he can't do anything about it, that it is in the past.
