Guys, Do men get angry that a woman they're attracted to doesn't like them back?

There's a little more to it than that. See it is said that men make the first move. This is false. I know women like to believe that and men like to pretend that. But the REALITY is if a guy has become attracted to a woman, the woman has done SOMETHING to instigate that (typically knowingly). That's another thing so many women like to pretend they do not lead men on. And I'm not saying all do this, or maliciously. But most do it intentionally.

So when a guy picks up on a woman's foray into attracting him. He begins to become enamored with her. Now she either stokes this like a fire. Or more oftenly she pulls back. She might even feign like she has no clue what he's talking about. And has no interest. Understandingly a man gets angry about that.

I will never understand why some dudes are like this. They would NEVER act like that towards other men, because they would get ridiculed, ostracized and beaten senseless.

Not really. Its more annoying when they do like you back, but are avoiding you. I don't think I have trouble determining the general opinion of a girl about me.
