Do guys, even if there in a relationship, get hard for other women?

I have a male friend at work who I have lunch with along with others and he has a girlfriend and he always seems to not make eye contact with me by either looking away repeatedly or go on his phone. I thought he doesn't like me but then he keeps saying he had a great chat (even though he doesn't engage) and that he'll see me again for lunch next so I don't think its that. Best reason I can come up with without sounding to self-centered is he finds me attractive and may feel bad since he has a girlfriend. What do you all think?

Lol no we never get hard for other women once we meet someone because that part of our brain shuts down lol of course we do we’re human. I mean haven’t you ever found another man attractive or had friends who were in a relationship ship who thought another man was cute? The big difference between most men and women so that we can have sex w multiple women w out getting emotionally involved. I mean honestly if I could turn that part off as far as my brain it would probably make things a lot easier knowing how many hot women there are walking the face of this earth. But we can’t.

It is surely a struggle in his head, this world is weird and we find someone else attractive and we are in a relationship is VERY VERY confussing since we always thought our girlfriend is the one and she is for so long the eyes of our world.
