I would meditate, put on my favourite music. Or just go for a walk or a bike ride, weather permitting. I mean a bad day at work, or encountering somebody unpleasant in the street.

I really doubt they do. Trans women who are biological male likely came out of there mothers womb without ovaries and a uterus. I think only born with a female reproductive system and a vagina can have proper periods....
