Old in the sense people are describing as old people

I'd say 45. Mentally I'm still young. But in the past few years my body has been sending me a few messages saying, "No, you're not"!😂

I had an accident at work that messed up both my feet that I'm still battling back from. But right up to that I was still dunking a basketball in my mid 40's.

I think if you don't use it you lose it. Up to that point I'd never broken a bone in my life. Then I break 5 of them over the span of 2 years. Is it my age or just dumb luck? I guess time will tell. It has gotten me to slow down a bit. Maybe it's just as well. My stupid ass would probably try to dunk a basketball at 80 otherwise.😂

Who could say, when I was young I would have thought 30s unfathomably old. Now I'm late 30s I feel younger than my early 20s. I guess to me now the answer would be 50. But it really depends on how that person takes care of themselves.

I think being old is more a state of mind. I know many active and positive people in their 50s and 60s and many tired-of-life people in their 30s... so who is old?

I definitely don't feel old and can't say when, if ever, I will feel that way :D

Never! When I turned 37 I got depressed because I felt 40 was like bye bye then I realized it’s all in my mind. As long as I keep myself healthy I’ll be young!
