I dont know how Henry Cavill looks but in general you do not need 500 different movements to grow. Basic dozen exercises are enough to cause growth. What i do suggest to alternate is how those movements are executed. Sometimes explosive, sometimes time under tension, sometimes plain progressive overload. ㅤ
Henry Cavill’s trainer for “Superman” was Mark Twight. Same guy worked with the men of “300”.
Cavill’s diet and exercise regiment was published on several websites. You should be able to quite easily find everything you need to get started. If you have never lifted weights before, i recommend consulting a trainer yourself. Do some reading. I highly recommend a bodybuilding anatomy book. Especially if you’re reluctant to consult a trainer even a few times a year. That book and a couple of mirrors are almost as good as having a trainer over your shoulder for every workout.
Don’t forget to stretch early and often. Most importantly, don’t expect big results quickly. Fast developments in bodybuilding often result in injuries. Get swoll. Don’t get hurt.
thanks but I just asked it because it is a question site. And um also he took steroids I guess? Thanks again
