Are men better than women other than physical aspects too?

Firstly I wish to ask "Guys only" cause most women would be interested in yelling rather than talking facts

Now my question is why do you think the best in almost every field or profession out there are men.. even it's not sports or anything that's physically demanding?

So does biology give men other advantages over women too?

Physical most likely men just due to their "build". But in other things such as work or taking care of family. I believe there might be a 60/40 ratio in Women being better in it than men. But the difficult thing is it is very different per country, kind of work, external aspects, rich/poor etc. I don't have the stats near me to look it up.
