As for every journey it starts with one small step & when it comes to steps what steps are you taking to find a job? As for me I always say anyone can find a job however are you willing to take that job if they don’t offer you what you want salary wise? As for a job a job is a job & the question is are you looking for a job or are you looking for a career? As for every journey it does start with one small step & as for you I think you should go down to your local unemployment office & talk to someone & see if there is a job assistance program where you live & go from there. Do you have a resume? Do you have a list of three references? Do you know what you want to do?
Networking is a wonderful thing. Talk to your neighbors, talk to your friends, talk to family members, aunts, uncles, cousins, etc. Ask them if they know of anyone is hiring.
Get your ass off the couch, get your ass off of your phone & go for a drive & start looking. Go visit three big companies in your area & go talk to someone from Human Resources & ask them if they are hiring or know of anyone who is hiring.
Be a go getter & don’t wait for them to call you, you call them.

Struggling to find a job?
Biden reversed all of Trump's "America First" policies his first day in office, his party and administration pushed to defund the police and relaxed laws on shoplifting and many other crimes, and destroyed a hundred thousand small businesses with COVID restrictions that were worthless. Oh, and letting 10 million illegal aliens into the country (with thousands more every day) and sending $200 billion to Ukraine and $80 billion to Israel along with who knows what else all worked together to destroy the economy in this country.
When businesses are harmed or destroyed, jobs go away. When illegal immigrants pour in by the millions, all of the entry-level jobs get sucked out of the economy by them, leaving nothing for Americans.
The way you vote will have a direct impact on your life. When you vote for Marxism, you can't be surprised when you get to experience the joys of poverty, because that's what Marxism always gets you - along with crime and corruption.

Because you’re either being picky or have high standards.
I remember whenever I was struggling to find a job. Because I was only picking jobs for my comfort zone. Then I kept thinking “how badly do I want a job and need money?” So I applied different jobs out of my comfort zone, like janitor and housekeeping. I know I needed to start somewhere.
So now I’m a cashier going on close to a year. There are some good and bad days. But never from customers lol. Only my coworkers that stress me out. It’s like being in high school all over again and these coworkers are in their 40s!
But along the way, I have met different people and have evolved financially, socially, and somewhat growth.
The point is, start a job ANYWHERE and see where it’ll take you. You’d be surprised.

Finding a job takes work, and might require some flexibility. I used to send out resumes blindly, very often not even knowing what the company did. I sent them out by the hundreds. I always sent out at least 200-400 resumes. I think the most I sent in a single job search was over 800.
Be persistent. And if you get interviews, ask for feedback on your application/resume and your interview. You can also ask trusted friends to give honest feedback. If you have previous experience in a given field, ask previous co-workers or supervisors what about the job you did there would most stand out with future employers.
Also, it doesn't hurt to take any job you can get, even if it's a crap job that you don't want long term. It's always better to look for a job when you already have one.10 Reply - 12 mo
Trust me I feel ya. My advice is to look for freelance work and not be stuck in the "I have to find a job" mindset. Check Fiverr out and post a gig up. If you can write, offer blogging services. If you like reading, offer proofreading services. If you're good with Canva, offer graphic design services like "I'll design your book cover" or "I'll design your social media posts". If you're good at video editing, you can offer that as a service too.
If you have enough hustle, you can offer services like cleaning someone's garage doors or their cars.
There's a lot of options to freelance if you have the drive and put in the effort and a lot of those jobs pay much better than minimum wage.10 Reply - 12 mo
What type of job are you looking for? Where are you looking?
it’s been my experience that people your age think they should be VP (at minimum). I got jobs when I was young just by being helpful. See I guy unloading a car filled with boxes, stopped and asked if I could help. He said yes and for 10 minutes I walked back and forth from his car to his store. When I was done I told him to have a nice day and started to walk away. He asked if I was looking for a job because he needed someone for his store. I already had a job so I said that and waved goodby. I have been offered jobs because others have recommended me, why? Because I work hard, I’m polite, I don’t steal, and I treat every job no matter how bad as a gift. So if you answer those 2 questions above I will give you my opinion on how to get that job (s).00 Reply - Anonymous(25-29)11 mo
Start a business if you can't find a job. Don't rely your life on being a worker for company and for a company to select you to work for them. Even if they select you, you won't usually find peace in company jobs but your own business. Select a skill, work on that, get expert at it and start a business for yourself and you can earn more instead of getting a fixed salary from a company you struggled hard to get job of. With a business, you can earn more than a small amount of salary from a company that gives you

The post office is always hiring, and no experience is required. I think they start at $28 an hour. But the hours can be long so I recommend being a clerk, not a carrier. UPS pays better and you can be making $49 an hour after a couple of years. But you don't start out as a driver but will work in the warehouse to start.

I expect you’re being too selective, or possibly not in the US. There are thousands of employers looking for good help now. Most of them have been struggling to find and keep good help since the covid lockdowns.

Apart from everything else, I think the number of people is very important, reproductive populism needs to stop. There is little work but a lot of people, of course you will be left out.
10 Reply Apply for my job. We’re always hiring. And from the looks of it, we just taking anybody. If you don’t mind working with children, look into Navy CYP and apply as an assistant. We get paid more than outside childcares, we get benefits, and we earn sick/annual leave. We hire straight out high school and they will train you before just throwing you in the classroom.
00 ReplyJust take whatever you can get , get a job , get into the work force , from there with opportunity the serendipity will occur , good luck , it will be fine.
Good Luck.

Attitude at the interview plays the biggest part. Think carefully how you've been projecting yourself in that time.

It depends in what you want to do. If you go out there and apply for whatever you can get and work your way up, I don't think it will be much of a struggle.
00 Reply Are you tailoring your Résumé to each job you are applying for? If not you should do so. If you have anything political in your Résumé you may want to remove it, the same it you have pronouns in it as most employers see them as a ‘Red Flag’.
