Why is it so hard to get a job when I had so many jobs in the past?

why is it hard to get a job when I had so many jobs in the past? like I want work people do not understand that I do want to work. I just do not want work for just anyone or for nothing. I want work hard but not get stressed out. I want do work that I feel is interesting and important. I know my past and my resume doesn't look good. I just out of options and place to go. I don't know where I go or what I do. Also I have self destructive behavior sometime. Sometime I feel like I suck cause people keep saying that I do. they say that job I have are to easy. That I do not work fast or the job dose not pay well. Some are onley temporary jobs. When I do get a job that I like I mess it up after a bit. Sometime I wish the world would end. Some I want the job to end as a way to hurt my self cause it hurts when I loss job and go off on people. what wrong with me and how do I fix it? where do I go now? I have know skills I just work for anyone.

You are not stable. 4 years at one job is a reasonable risk for HR.

It more like 2 years at best and 1 day at worst most of the time it 1 month, thing where so good at my first job then I don't know what happen I mess it up on purpose Things start to get better agin have a job for a year also to agin but not it back to being mess up. I wish I know what wrong I just feel like every thing will blow up one day

Whatever job you get 3 years and pay raises before Resume goes out again. You’re 24 and hired today you are incapable of a serious hire until 29. Look mature then. Sorry but fact in corporate world unless you are super talented in your field.
