Is it just me? I’ve been trying to find a job again for months. I am not getting many replies
No, it's not just you. Since losing my last job in 2020, I've kept track, and the number of applications I've filled out- every last one of which I was at least 95% qualified for- is greater than the number of days I've been alive. Heard back less than four dozen times. Fourteen interviews, no offers.
There's nothing like going in for an interview, hearing "We'll be in touch", and then seeing the same place put up a "We're reducing our hours due to staffing shortages" sign.
