I don't know why?

AI can already predict what you're going to type about 75% of the time, how long do you think it will be before a baby is born, AI predicts his whole life, and the police come to arrest him out of the crib for his future crimes?

My best friend [19M] and I [18F] are pretty close. He actively makes plans to meet up, stays on call with me throughout the day (initiates it himself, always) for no apparent reason, teases me, compliments me, sends cute flirty reels AND we flirt quite a bit over text too. In a lot of ways, he treats me like he's my boyfriend.

He often sends me couple reels/memes that say "when my girlfriend..." etc, but today he followed one of those up with a text saying "so you're my pretend girlfriend till i find an actual girlfriend to send relatable memes to." Why would he say that? Was it a dumb way to flirt since we have no labels, or was that him setting a boundary?

I loved them in middle school! Everyone had one, even the boys. 😆

Tonight, I followed a recipe in a book I recently bought. It was a simple version of the British classic bangers and mash. I followed the recipe exactly except adding a rue to thicken the sauce and swapping venison sausage for big pork ones. I chose pale ale as the beer. Perhaps a darker brew, perhaps a Guinness, would have given more colour.

But as you can see, despite only a few tiny changes, it looks nothing like the picture in the book. The leek lost its colour a few minutes into frying, and the rosemary leaves parted from the stalk.

So how often do you follow a recipe and think this looks nothing like the book?

A cute guy being more gentle, sweet, attractive facially but more boyish looking, skinnier or less muscular in comparison to a hot guy who may be more bold, sexual, muscular, and have a rougher type of attractive face. I’d say most nerdy guys fall into the cute category while most athletic guys fall more into the hot category. Which do you prefer and why?

I mean they seem to help a lot of poor country people but then in person they are totally different. They are selfish, shrewd, sneaky, hiding, doing things in someone’s back. I am totally confused. You can say that all people have good and bad but they seem to crazy at advertising themselves good and do bad things behind everyone?

I wrote her a huge paragraph saying if you do it the police is going to catch on, you're going to be questioned for hours, and then she basically brushed me off and she never brought it up again. but I don't know if she's planning on doing it for real or not. I don't like her ex boyfriend either, but if she makes a false claim and I know about it, can I be arrested too? ugh why the fuck am I her friend
