Overall, how would you consider dogs? Do you find them easy to understand and very obvious or hard, complicated creatures.

A lot depends on the breed. Some breeds are a very good fit as a pet and are relatively easy to manage, and some breeds are terrible pets, usually because they were bred to be working dogs, and they are difficult to handle, and some are outright dangerous in the hands of anyone that hasn't had some extensive training and has a job for the dog to do.

Anyone considering getting a dog should research their desired breeds and pay very careful attention to the traits of the breed. If the breed description says it needs long daily walks, you CANNOT get by walking it around the black twice a week much less leave it at home alone. It will either destroy your home or yard, or it will escape, and you will be responsible for any bad things it does.

It doesn't matter how cute the dog is, or how much you like that breed, if you can't provide what the breed calls for on a consist basis over time, pick something else. You also need to have enough space, especially for bigger breeds or those breeds that require lots of yard space.

I see way too many miserable aminals or dangerous animals because their owners chose their dog irresponsibly, and way too many have to be killed. Please do your research and choose a breed that is suitable for how you actually live. You will be much happier with a pet breed and they will be much easier to deal with.

Indeed. For instance I wouldn't be able to get a guard dog (Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, etc) because they're working dogs and I don't have much space nor time available. Yeah several breeds need the right person.

They are easy. People just forget that dogs think like dogs and not people. People make it seem like dogs are complicated. Dogs need a leader. A good one. When you don't get a good one, that's when those dog-attacks-something news articles pop up.

Live in a country where dogs roam the streets , they are simple creatures ( forget breeds bullshit , that is human intervention ) , If they have had a root , and a feed , plus the occasional pack fight , and chased something else , they are happy..

Its only people trying to treat dogs as human , who make the entire thing complex. news for you people - ITS A DOG ! It will always be a dog , thats it , dont make it complex.

Dogs are simple creatures. They are incredibly intelligent, but are still "simple." They follow the basic guidelines of any other pack animal.

99% of the time when dogs are "bad" (don't follow orders) or are violent, it's because of the owner.

They have their own language. Keep in mind that each dog differs from another. For example my dog is cautious towards strangers (without being trained to do so), he has always been that way, while there are other dogs that aren't. I have ways to make him calm down and sometimes I feel like he understands me by merely looking at me.
