Liminal spaces if you don't know are usually common everyday places people normally populate but are instead completely void of any people and are well lit often with some dark corners in the frame. or you might feel unease thinking there might be someone or something just lurking somewhere behind a corner... The lighting might feel unnatural or you may notice some flickering in some instances.

I used to have bad habits. My vitals all look good. I quit vaping/smoking forever at 27.5. My blood pressure is fair/ideal, 118/78 and 83 beats. BMI ideal, 6ft0.5 and 173 lbs. 15% body fat. Gonna get my lipid profile checked. I do weights 2X a week and a bit of cardio and walking. I get good sleep, rest and have a stress free life. I plan to keep this.

my habits - I started vaping at 19. I then started smoking at 21 mostly light/mod, then there were many months of smoking a pack a day and chain smoking, then I just went back to vaping as it’s less harmful but I’ve probably had years of smoking a disposable vape a day and chain vaping it. In university I also used to drink excessively.

I quit mainly because I’m health conscious and I also noticed it affecting me like the vaping suddenly made my lungs really tight and I couldn’t exercise as hard but when I quit this all went back to normal after a couple months
