I never had a “rubber ducky”. Their prevalence in media when i was young left me wondering if i was odd in that respect. I honestly still don’t know. In hindsight, quicksand and improperly disposed toxic waste didn’t end up being as common as portrayed either. Sometimes it’s difficult to figure out where the line between real life and art is drawn. I did have a book called “Are You Normal?”. It was full of questions that were posed to large numbers of people and the results of the polling was published alongside the questions. So you could find out how many other people install the toilet paper to roll over or under, or how many people sit down to put on their pants both legs at the same time or “one leg at a time”, as the old saying suggests. It was a fascinating and fun book. I wasn’t as weird as i felt, but i was still pretty weird.
Well, it's a bit embarrassing, because when I was young, I often played with a duck, the one I'm not allowed to name out of decency, but I wonder how innoncent you might be. Sure you guess what I mean ;0)
Concerning the toy, the floating rubber one, in many bath rooms there was often a yellow one, not big, not small, just there, floating lazily sometimes in the water while taking a bath.
I never played with duckies or dolls of any kind throughout my life, not even in my childhood. I had two figures that stood on my desk in my room, He Man and the Six million dollar man with his 350 big block engine in his hands that he was carrying. playing with dolls was seen as feminine in my house so my dad would have beaten me if played with dolls, not that I wanted to anyway.
I take showers and I'm in and out in about 18:00. Once my fiance gets her and she wants me to get into the bath with her, most likely, she'll be playing with MY "duck"!

As for tub time I don’t have any ducks & if I’m going to play I’ll play battleship & sharks.

I play with my Hot dog every Thursday night when I take a bath. I have a hotdog in my bathtub, no ducks. Thursday night is always bath night. 🌭

I don't play with my food

I have three rubber ducks, two of which still light up when put in the water.

I had an alligator when I was a kid. It floated on it's back and kept a bar of soap on it's tummy
