How to get a relationship in your young adult era without college?

Seriously, how? I enrolled to college, but it was very rural & undeveloped area in my country, so that's why I returned to my city (one of the popular one's in country) switched to OEF, open education faculty instead.

Now I'm seeing the university stuff online, simultaneously part time working.

How I'm gonna find someone? Clearly, I can't play in leagues where they graduate and start full life, full paychecks etc, that's above me

At the same time, I can't find a college girl like me due to lack of shared space.

Then, how?
