I've been seeing online that they have been talking about the exact same thing—is Vegas really starting to lose its shine, or is it just going through a temporary slump?

I ask because, you know, if you were to plan a trip out there, whether it's your first time or not, I'd want to know what the vibe is like these days. Like, is the nightlife still popping off, or has the party scene started to die down a bit? And I'm super curious to hear if the city still feels as vibrant and exciting as it used to, or if it's lost some of that signature Vegas energy.

From what I've been hearing, the pandemic hit that city pretty hard, with a lot of the big hotels and casinos struggling to stay afloat. And there's been all kinds of rumors floating around about Vegas losing its luster. Like, I heard some people say the party scene just isn't what it used to be.

But at the same time, Vegas has always felt like one of those places that's just too big to fail, you know? I mean, it's been an icon for so long; it's hard to imagine the city just losing its spark for good. That's why I'm really curious to get everyone's take on it. Like, if you've been to Vegas recently, what was your impression? Did it still feel like the Vegas we all know and love, or did it seem a little lackluster compared to the glory days?

Our constitution emphasizes power and individual functionality within each state. The 10th Amendment of the US Constitution states that powers not given to the federal government nor prohibited to the states is given to the STATES.

I believe most public and governmental affairs can be handled at the micro level. The federal government needs to stop overreaching or interfering with the powers of individual states. Notice that with all the federal income taxes we pay, local fire departments and EMS operations are suffering and even shuttering their doors.

I believe the federal government shall ONLY handle the following:

1. Protecting national sovereignty and protecting against foreign invaders (including illegals)

2. Handling interstate conflicts between states

3. Anything that involves interstate matters, commerce, agreements, and criminal matters that cross state lines.

4. Ensuring the US constitution is abided by, but only what is indicated in the constitution and nothing more or less.

I believe everything else can either be handled by the each individual state or through interstate compact agreements if an issue is too big for a smaller state to handle.
