One thing occurred to me, that sometimes with young guys who suffer the nice guy-problem to vaying degree, the actual issue is that they are out of sync with their peers.

I've seen it happen several times that women a bit into their thirties or above seem to zone in on these guys. I remember it myself from when I was just 18, but I was too dumb to go along with it whenever the option was there thinking "I'm not supposed to" because <reasons>

That's a shame, because all you have to do in that situation is keep being your gentle accomodating self while going along with it. She doesn't mind taking the lead. You don't present any threat to her.
You don't have to worry about not being exciting enough, because the fact that you're lamb meat is enough.
Hell, she might even get a specific thrill breaking you in and teach you how to screw competently.
Sure, anything can happen but it's unlikely she wants any long relationship with you.

Imagine you were in the surf at the beach and the waves pulled off and took away part of your bikini. Would you rather try to get back to your towel way up on the beach surrounded by a bunch of guys with your top or bottom exposed. Or what if you had unwisely agreed to strip poker with some guys and you weren't winning enough. Now you're now to your underwear and you just lost another hand. Would you keep the tops and strip off the panties or free those girls and keep between your legs covered. Or if for some reason you had to change in front of a bunch of people including guys, would you worry more about them seeing you with nothing covering your bum or that they are going to see your nipples?
