He's leaving town at the end of the month. After he notified me last mo., we agreed to continue dating for a couple more weeks. it's felt like things have been really nice despite having a limited amount of time left. He initiates for us to go out, we make love every time, he's sweet as usual... But today i had a Valentine's party I'd been planning for months. We texted earlier in the day and he said we should go an hour early and spend time together because I would be busy during the party, attending to guests. So i went, and he never showed up. When his brother, his wife, their baby and my bf's friend showed up 30 mins later, they asked me where he was. he hadn't contacted any of us, so we all got a bit worried. then, near the end of the party he finally texts me back, saying his female friend - who he seems to spend a lot of time with, at least since she broke up with someone - needed him (for god knows what) and that he was with her. I never questioned their friendship before, but he knows i'd been planning this party for months and he was the one who offered to meet an hour earlier to help me prep. I texted him once i got home (the gist of the text): why is it that ur brother, his wife and ur friend came on time and they had to ask me where u were? U should have at least texted me back. We were supposed to meet an hr before the party. He isn't responding.

So my ex boyfriend who was abusive and cheated on me with my sister is who this post is about. About a year in our relationship he began wetting the bed and I was very supportive. Even though he put his hands on me and treated me like crap. As a last ditch effort I went to his mom about it who then told me that he did this in school and she had a bunch of tests ran with no issues at all causing this. Finally he admitted to her that he wanted to wear diapers again and had been wetting on purpose. She didn't let him and through the years found wet diapers he had gotten hidden in his room. After talking to her I wasn't going to even bring it up. Hoping if that was the case he would tell me. Then I caught him with my sister. He begged me not to leave and so a light went off. I told him I would stay if he told me why he had wet the bed and that he better not lie bc I spoke with his mom. So in tears he told me he wanted to wear diapers and be treated like a baby. I agreed, but on my terms. I was in charge and if he wanted to be treated this way it would be a constant thing. Even in front of friends, family, and strangers. He was worried, but agreed. So I began taking action. With his mom's help our spare bedroom became his nursery. With a crib. High chair and changing table. I began taking him in public in his diapers, onesie, and pacifier. He had to use his diapers. The toilet was off limits. My friends often came over, teasing him. We aren't together anymore. I moved on. He now lives at his mom's again and is still in diapers 24/7. I go from time to time to talk to her and check on him for a laugh.
Seeing how abusive he was, cheated on me, and lives like this with all his relatives and people in town knowing what should I do?

You’ve been dating XY for 8 months, even living together. Xy was taking you for granted, giving you no time, as he would be absent til late night EVERY DAY. You’ve confronted him but he always had excuses. It has reached your limit, you’ve moved out.

He begged you to come back and promised you to be giving you more time, he started BUT AFTER 6 MONTHS. If he changed about one thing, it doesn’t make him a better person. He always said he loves me the most but I’ve never really felt it.

The excuse for that would be you fighting together so much lately almost everyday but did he ask himself why. He treats me shit and then wants to hug me to forget the problems. Of course I defend myself, I want peace, he grabs me and doesn’t let me go so I get aggressive. If someone wants peace, they should have it.

HE WILL TELL ME I LOOK UNSERIOUS FOR WANTING TO LEAVE HIM, AND THEREFORE I DON’T DESERVE TO SPEND Christmas WITH HIS FAMILY. He doesn’t want me to embarrass him in-front of his family, when he is the one who is making me go insane. I close myself in the bathroom to have a break from him cause I feel overwhelmed and he wants to break in at no cost, he won’t give me time.

What’s your opinion about Christmas?

Both of us are now adults (she's now 20 and I'm 24) and we're spending more time together. I've always wondered if her diagnosis at the time was accurate. She was diagnosed with conduct disorder with psychopathic tendencies and institutionalized at age 10. Then she was released 6 years later.

She was detained for serious bodily harm and torture on 2 younger boys, arson and several animal cruelty charges. However, given these things about her was she really psychopathic?
- She did cared about her friend in crime at the time. That's the only friend she had and sometimes referred to her as a sister. She's an only child.
- She explained how she once wanted to be good when spending the weekends with her father but anger took over and hence the destructive urges started again.
- She only bullied and beat smaller, younger boys, not girls. I'm guessing this was her displacement anger towards drunk pedophiles that molested and more than likely raped her too.
- She was crying in the interrogation room, threwing herself towards her father (not the mother) for comfort and requesting to go back home.
- She currently expressed full remorse for her actions back then and they do seemed genuine.

From the looks of it, that doesn't sound like someone psychopathic. It looks like a former angry, abused, troubled girl. She still had the ability to bond and empathasize. Even if it was very limited, that's different than if someone had ZERO abilily to bond/emphasize. That means she wasn't psychopathic.
I'm not a psychologist but if getting helped rehabilitated her then she doesn't fit the category of a psychopath. A true born psychopath wouldn't bond with anyone and no amount of therapy would fix them. They wouldn't be expressing remorse either. What do you think?
