According to a recent survey of American Men and Women, the average Body fat percentage is also the body fat percentage that is considered obese. Surveys aren't always accurate though, so I decided to do my own survey. If it is answered honestly, it will give the information for how healthy/fit people are overall. Please answer honestly, as I am curious to see. There are four tests. Then vote on how many tests you passed below. This isn't about comparing yourself to others or anything like that. These tests will actually tell you if you are healthy or not, unlike these BS fitness magazines. I am curious to see if the survey is accurate. Feel free to vote if you aren't American, but put which country you are from

Now onto the four tests
1. The pinch test: Pinch your stomach, arms, thighs, and anywhere else... if you pinched less than an inch, you passed the test. If you pinched an inch or more, you did not pass the test

2. Waist to hips ratio. Measure the circumference of your waist and the circumference of your hips. Divide waist by hips. If the number you get for women is below.75 and for men below.85 you passed the test. If it is higher, you did not pass the test.

3. Waist circumference test: If the circumference of your waist is less than half of your height, you passed the test. If it is equal or more than half of your height, you did not pass the test.

4. Ruler test: Lie flat on your back. Rest a ruler from your ribcage to pelvis. If it doesn't touch flesh when you laugh or breathe , you passed the test. If it does, you did not pass the test.

5. Fitness test: If you can do a sit up without someone holding your feet properly, you passed the test, if not you didn't pass the test.
