I know I do and I’m on the dumber side of things. People at work state I’m doing fine but I feel like I am a bit slow/not as competent as the others but haven’t gotten fired yet lol. It’s hard to tell if it’s in my head or if I am really that stupid. It’s my first real job after college.

I have a low self esteem and poor self image. I was previously diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and medication didn’t help me, neither did therapy. I’ve been told in the past that I could be ditzy and I think these people are on to something. Please tell me that I am not alone with my lack of intellect or maybe this is normal to feel. I feel paranoid because it’s a new job but I feel stupid most of the time.
