What would you like to see females do to better handle conflict?

Dustin is a 19-year-old boy who refuses to talk due to a stutter he developed as a child after experiencing bullying. No matter how hard he tries, he can't talk without a stutter because he feels like people will laugh and make fun of him. He feels like a disgusting person and that people will hate him for his looks, or for the way he talks. He dropped out of high school, lost his job, and can't even go shopping without feeling like people are laughing and making fun of him because he talks funny. So he doesn't go out. While attending group therapy, he meets Alex, one of the kids who used to bully and torment him in middle school. Alex is attending group therapy because he feels guilty for being a bully as a child.
