I’m 16 and a sophomore. My cousin is 19 years old. She graduated in May of 2017. Her mother is an RN and is going back to school to be a nurse practitioner and is taking 4 classes in grad school online currently before she has to go to clinicals. Her dad works in business and travels. My cousin has never had a job and I don’t think she plans on getting one. Her parents literally pay for everything for her like her food and phone bill. She is not depressed but she is bipolar and has PCOS and takes pills for that. Her parents had to pay for her to take driving lessons because she refused to learn how to drive and she got her license in December and hasn’t drove since December. Her parents don’t have her under any car insurance because she doesn’t want to drive and they don’t want to pay for it monthly. She has no plans on going to college and doesn’t want to work. Literally all she does every single is stay up all night until 6 or 7am and sleep until 4-5pm and get up and eat and repeat. She’s been doing this since September. She’s always doing shit on her phone. She has a boyfriend (surprisingly) and her boyfriend goes to college so she doesn’t see him much. I just don’t understand how someone can be so happy and content sitting at home and doing NOTHING all day every day. I ask her if she gets bored and she says no. Her parents don’t want to kick her out but they do harp on her about getting a job and she lies and says she applies to them and then never gets a call back (BECAUSE YOUR NOT APPLYING to anything). I know this isn’t my place to say anything but I would feel bad if my parents were working and going to school and all I was doing was freeloading and lounging around like wtf.

-I talk to this guy online (same age) not dating just flirting and talking about life
-He talks to many girls but also claims to like me
-Today I got pissed and called him out for basically just caring about talking about himself, and sexual stuff because I actually liked him ( he sends nudes, I don't). And he said this:
but, Im not here to get back with you or something. I just wanna say a few things because I dont want you to be hurt. I understand how you feel. And if im gonna be honest you seemed really interesting at the start, but after talking to you for a while I lost that and I got really bored as you told me more about yourself. You leave nothing for me to find out or want to know, I like challenges. you'll find someone who really digs you and the way you are and the things you like. but it ain't me. I should've told you earlier, but I try not to be a bad guy but I see that this didn't end well at all. I had a really tough day and the last thing I want ontop is you being upset.
So I told him how I felt and basically if we could fix things about it and he said
I thought so but Im sorry I can't continue, and its better for you too
I asked to just be friends and he said "Of course", and then he complimented me on something I showed him and he started to talk about me and help me feel better and stuff. He didn't just ditch me. He was still super nice and talked to me. I just want to know if it's possible for him to like me maybe a month later, the same way he did recently? Advice is appreciated
