i never see them talk but they were in a group together which was surprising

So i met this girl in a class in uni and i immediately noticed that she has feelings for me. As time passed, we became friends and we started spending time together. Whenever i mention her name in front of her friends, they raise their voices in amusement and cheer for her. I also get those looks from them whenever i walk with her or even sit with her. To be honest, she’s cute and everything but i am attracted to another girl and i feel bad that i am leading the first girl into a heart break. I always feel bad whenever i am dating other girls and i consider how she would feel if she saw me in the action. That being said, i would like some advice on how to approach her in such a manner that we stay friends without hurting her feelings.

He is confident , he is smart , he looks above average , he is tall and has a muscular body. He is good at sports too

But he doesn't have that many friends. He doesn't hang with many people. People find him intimidating and usually stay away from him. He sits alone , he eats alone most of the time. He doesn't usually approach girls he likes and people dont like him that much either.
