Ok so I get that in the beginning people were dropping like flies and dying left and right.

And back then the government was acting in our best interest out of concern for public health and safety. After all Trump was the man in charge. He’s on our side and we love him to death.

They recommended wearing masks, or better yet they required them in many instances while visiting public places.

But now that millions of people have been vacinated and all the most vulnerable in society have died off, we’re only down to 6 covid-related deaths daily in my state.

Which means that even more people will have died from car accidents and drug overdoses in my state today.

But nobody in my state is saying that we should stop driving cars, or even drive them less. And nobody is also saying that we should stop prescribing medications to the people that need them.

So why are we still so overtly concerned about the “pandemic” if there are now much bigger and more problematic issues facing our society today?

Including gun violence in many parts of America. Or better yet even, fatherless in the black community.

In my view the pandemic has officially ended and the scare is now just a farce where the Government wants to assume more control over our lives.

After all we all know that Biden is a useless puppet of the Democrats. He cannot think for himself and we’ve known for the longest time that Democrats want to assume control over our lives. They want us to no longer be able to think for ourselves or even defend ourselves.

They are openly attacking the second amendment and trying to take away our right to self defense. Which is exactly what Nazi Germany and Communist China did before they killed millions of people.

If the Democrats succeed in their quest for power very bad things will happen.

So with that in mind it has become obvious that the Democrats are blind sheep to the Government, completely oblivious to what is happening all around us.

We must stop them.

He might kill himself. He has to stay in jail for 8 weeks before he gets sentenced.

The "Donald Trump" that we have been talking about in the last five years is actually a fake. Notice the radical changes in "his" face and hair in the CNN-provided image link. This is absolutely not the same Trump.

The old Donald Trump was a kind, generate, healthy person who had sympathy for his hotels and family. He did not believe in racism or populism at all; while his father was particularly prejudiced, Trump himself was tolerant of other people. He did not even believe in collectivism. The new "Donald Trump" is a puppet created in 2004 by then-President George W. Bush and then-Senator Barack Obama. Their whole purpose of creating this "Trump" guy was to make him seem like the monster liberals thought of him to be. All this talk about "banning Muslim immigration" and "grabbing women by the [you-know-what]" that supposedly came out of Trump's mouth, was all Bush/Obama speaking.

In reality, we had four extra years of Obama in addition to those eight, so twelve. Trump died in 2001.

So legally Derek Chauvin cannot be sentenced to life imprisonment or death. Those charges are only suitable for murder in the first degree.

So I get a hunch that because of this factor, there will be riots no matter what. Because a lot of the BLM people probably will accept nothing less than that. Even though legally a conviction of that nature isn’t possible.

But I still feel really bad for the guy.

He made a big mistake and now it is likely to bite him in the ass for a very long time.

He didn’t play along to the cameras. He made himself appear to be a bad guy.

He was overconfident in his training and grossly negligent to the situation at hand.

As the article here explains, the trial isn’t about whether he intended to kill Floyd, but rather whether his actions played a role in Floyd’s eventual death. Since that issue had already been decided.

He was just an ordinary man who dedicated his life to serving others. He spent years on the force serving his community without issue and then made one wrong decision that turned society against him.

If I had all the money in the world I would bail him out of jail to help him escape the horrific fate that awaits him.

Otherwise in terms of what he will be charged of it appears likely that the second degree manslaughter charge will take effect.

As I said before it is my belief that he was grossly negligent to the situation at hand. And going with the court’s assertion that he did not INTEND Floyd’s murder, this is the fitting charge.

However I am a Christian who believes in forgiveness. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that he feels sorry for his actions.

However second degree unintentional murder likely won’t be charged because the Prosecution will have a tough time proving that “beyond a reasonable doubt Chauvin caused Floyd's death”.
