So, I am single and I have a hot female single-mom neighbor. We have always been cordial but not overly friendly. A while back she knocked on my door and asked for "help". She bought two large storage cabinets for her garage (I have similar cabinets) and she didn't realize they needed to be assembled. I know from experience that each cabinet takes a solid three-hours+ to put together properly, including mounting, leveling them and cleanup. So, about six hours+ of work to get these cabinets assembled.

My hot neighbor asked if I would "help" her put these cabinets together, really meaning, would I put them together for her. She doesn't own any tools and has no clue about building anything. I said with a sly grin "what's in it for me"? She said "what do you want"? I said "YOU -- for a half an hour". (meaning I wanted to fuck her for 1/2 hour in exchange for my six+ plus hours of labor putting the cabinets together). She gave me a disgusted look and said "Uh -- no"... and walked away.

Six weeks later and the cabinets are still in boxes in her garage.

Let me also add that I have no interest in this woman for a relationship. She is very hot (I think) but it is obvious to me that she often makes really bad decisions. I just want to have sex with her.

Am I an asshole to ask for sex in exchange for her request for 6+ hours of manual labor?
