I had to meet a friend of mine. Actually she is more like a sister. We were in the same class during the college but now we are 1700kms apart because of our jobs.

We last met in the October of 2017 and now I got a chance to travel to her location (work related) for 2 days. I told her 6 weeks before my date of travel and she asked me take the whole week off instead of the 2 days. She also told me that she'd plan for everything that would do together.

When I finally arrived in her city and asked her to meet me, she told me that she won't be able to meet me because she has some work to attend to and she had to cancel all the plans.

I understand that there might have been some issues with her. But this type of incidents have been occurring frequently. I can remember at least 4 times in the last 3 years.

PS: We talk regularly on call and she tells me almost everything going on in her life.
