Devon is 23 years old. he's a people's pleaser and always wants to be perfect and do the right thing. In middle school and high school his parents always pressured him to study, work and take extra classes after school. He had no friends, no girlfriend, and barely any hobbies because all he did was study, work, take tests and study extremely hard to get accepted into college. He left with a GPA of 3.7. At 23 he graduated out of college with a Bachelor's degree and found out he was 189 thousand dollars in debt. Finally he had a mental breakdown. he screamed at the top of his lungs and sobbed/ screamed uncontrollably for four hours straight. He never felt so terrible and the pain was almost unreal. He couldn't talk for days and tried to overdose on pills. He was rushed to the hospital and his parents were horrified. Devon cried for another two hours, he never felt so terrible a day in his life. Devon also noticed he cried so hard that he used the bathroom on himself twice in front of doctors.

He couldn't get a job with the Bachelor's degree he had, so he moved in back with his parents and got a job working at Walmart making only 8 dollars an hour.
