Ok, so I met him almost 2 years ago. We met online and clicked from the beginning. However, due to our circumstances & crazy amount of distance we haven't been able to meet until now.

About 8 months into talking, I felt like I was investing a lot of time & emotions into him so I didn't want him talking to other people. I was completely driven by my emotions and asked for us to be in a relationship even though we hadn't even met yet. I understand that from an objective point of view that seems dumb and illogical to be committed to someone you haven't even met and looking back, I wish I didn't do that. He also made it very clear that he wasn't ready for a relationship but I pushed it anyways (again I know that's my fault).

But soon after him agreeing to the relationship I became suspicious if he was actually being faithful or not. And about 7 months into us being "official" I found out he had about 3 one night stands over the course of us dating.

We've talked about it & there was nothing emotional. He even showed me the conversations between him and these people and it was clear that it was only sexually driven. Still, i felt hurt. And if this was a normal relationship or less complex situation I would've left immediately. But I basically gave him an ultimatum - either a relationship or stop talking which now I realize was wrong and I have not been very understanding in the past.. not someone he could feel comfortable being honest to. I'm not blaming myself for him cheating but it would be a lie to say my past actions didn't contribute to him being so dishonest.

Overall, he's been amazing to me.. always there for me. And there's so much of the relationship I don't want to lose. So I'm stuck between leaving and meeting him then giving another chance. He's done everything from giving me his passwords to answering my questions to anything to make me feel more comfortable. I'm conflicted. Please help

I met him almost 9 years ago. We had a rough start to "us". Dating and having a fall out shortly later (like most high schoolers), lost touch for awhile and then came back together; but never giving up on eachother, in a sense. We always stayed in contact. For the past 3 years we have been the best of friends; though seeing eachother has been rough since our work schedules prevent it. But we speak daily; most of the time all day. I have been in love with him since I was 16 but it has been a rocky road to travel. He is extremely emotionally guarded and very rarely will he let his tough exterior soften for a moment to let someone get to know him. That is, with everyone aside from me. I know him like its my second nature; and he knows me the same. He told me he loved me in February; a drunken text sent late at night. Then told me the next day that he had meant it. However, he lets his fear of me leaving prevent him from taking anything further. In fact he has always let his fear of anyone leaving control his entire life. All his relationships being brief and short lived.
I went to see him this past weekend after being apart for a solid 8 months. He was having a house party for the McGregor vs Mayweather fight. He was all over me; to say the least. Very affectionate. Kissing and hugging me in front of all of his friends (which is a rarity for him as he is very reserved). Kept telling me how happy he was that I was there; the whole 9 yards. Now most people would say "Why not go for it? He obviously likes you". I know he does. However, the depth of his emotional unavailability is endless. He let's you in just enough to see the darker side of him and then cuts you off when you are too close. I know there may be a chance; later down the road that is. But there are endless hoops to jump through. He is worth it to me. He truly is. But would you, in my position, keep jumping at the expense of this man? Any advice is appreciated.

me and my boyfriend planned to meet tomorrow night but then today he tried calling me twice and my phone wasn't with me
i called him back 10 mins later
he told me that he's really sick and can't meet me tomorrow
and at that point i got pissed because we only see each other once a week
i said "are u sure you're sick?"
and then he got angry and said "are u freakin serious? do you think im lying to you?"
and i replied "yeah maybe.."
and then he said "what the fuck? why would i fuckin lie to you? how old are you? stop being immature. i told u im sick. can't you tell? if u think im lying, then come over tomorrow and see for yourself. im not even going to work tomorrow. im staying home in bed. far out. sometimes i feel like i wanna be single because of all this shit. you're giving me a headache. if you dont trust me, then dont be with me. you wanted a second chance and you said you're going to change your ways so i gave you another chance and you're still the same!"
and i said "ok sorry..."
and he said "far out.. now you made my headache even worse. look just come over tomorrow if im feeling much better. and then we go out for dinner or whatever"
Is he right to get mad at me?
and does that mean he doesn't care if we break up when he said all of that?
e. g. "if you dont trust me, then dont be with me" etc
