age regression is when someone regresses into a younger mindset, or acts younger than they actually are. most people, including myself, use it as a way to deal with stress/negative feelings. I've told multiple people about me being an age regressor. some found it interesting and we're totally okay with it, while others were just confused.

It can be many things like it involves living w parents, a set of overprotective parents or such. No offense to anyone who's either dating or are the overprotective parent or the person itself.
