It's impossible to change your skull shape and bone structure through surgery. If you have a round face, you'll always be softer looking naturally and if you have a square face, you'll always look more defined. The same applies to thigh gaps and ruler/pear etc bodies. It's all about how you're made.

Everyone has a different look which is a good thing - it would be very boring if we all looked the same.

I think y'all should embrace what you're born with instead of changing yourselves with surgeries or add-on clothing like push up bras. Surgery is expensive, dangerous and will leave you with scars. And why would anyone want to layer another set of fake padded boobs on top of their own? There's no need for it. Start accepting how you were meant to be and rock what you have already got!

I've heard a few guys at work who honestly don't care if a woman has had work done as long as she looks good after.

In my mind (while it's 100% anyones choice and freedom to get work done) I find it sad and pathetic to have such low confidence and low mental strength to resort to plastic surgery. I find body acceptance to be key in our lives (unless you're overweight) and to let insecurities or the media push you to the point of plastic surgery is sad. It's even worse that most of the people worshipped on social media have had work done or wear 20 lbs of makeup. But that's just me

what about guys? does it matter to you if a girl has fake boobs or a fake butt or lip injections or a nose job?
