Search Results: do men ever just want friendships

So I'm just a normal man turning twenty soon, and I have a not so normal issue. Due to extreme medication, I've gone bald and can't grow it back. I can't sport the bald look. I used to have long metal hair before all these treatments. So I guess I'm just wondering, is it okay in the eyes of others (friendship, rCuelationship, and otherwise) for me to sport a wig to keep up a natural look of my old hair so I don't feel so naked and overwhelmed by the vulnerability that comes with being a sick, bald man? Cuz I want to feel comfortable, but I also want to know in advance if that would be an issue for others who would be hanging out with me? (Cuz I'm not looking to be telling anyone, but just in case there ever would be a mishap, or if I'd be hanging out at home etc and wouldn't be wearing it even if for just a minute. How many of you would be uncomfortable with how I look and the fact that I, a barely 20year old male, wear a wig??

In college I met foreign exchange girl she was vacationing in my home town she was lost and I was worried about her so I helped her around just being friendly she latter texted me and we ended up being very close friends and I got feelings for her. I told her I liked her but she was like she has a boyfriend and just wants to be friends after that I apologized and we were cool again. Now she doesn't hardly ever talks to me, and it's like she doesn't even know me. I ask her to do something and she is always busy. It seems she is giving cold shoulder and doesn't care about the friendship. I'm not usually like this but I have always been real family oriented and have not had to many close friendships so she was best friend I have ever had, and I really care about her we spent a lot of time together and she instantly becomes so cold. I asked her what's up why are you acting like this and she told me nothing's wrong and told me to be a man I'm like wtf. She was so nice before and things changed so quickly. Me and her are very similar and I am not a perfect friend sometimes but don't mean it so I wonder if it's same thing but I have given her chance after chance and it seems she keeps giving cold shoulder. Should I not contact her anymore? I just don't want to jump to conclusions if I don't understand. To make things worse I have never had gf and things felt so right when I was with her. I feel so confused can't move on until I know what's up. Sorry for long post and thanks.
