Search Results: teens and sex

Back when I was a teen (early 2000's) technology wasn't like it is today. Social media was in its infancy (except for MSN messenger and Myspace) and we didn't have smart phones. This meant that when we wanted to talk to the opposite sex, we had to talk to them face-to-face, we didn't really have the option of interacting via technology.

I see so many teens here asking questions like "how do I talk to girls/boys?" or "what do I say to him/her?"

This made me think: Do you think technology (i. e. social media, texting, etc.) has made it easier or harder for teens to interact with the opposite sex?

On one hand, I believe technology allows teens to interact with members of the opposite sex without as much social awkwardness, however, I think it has had a negative impact on face-to-face communication skills.

What do you think?

Does it bother you this app allows 13 year olds, and “100+” (obviously no 100+ year olds are on here. But don’t really have a cut off age) interact on here together?

Specially cause there’s sections about sex, “how do i look” and so forth?

I feel like a 25 year old shouldn’t be calling a 13 year old girl sexy on here... and there should be an age restriction of who you can see...

I know this is rated T for teen... or whatever...
