Heaven is presented as the infinite resting place for sinless human beings. A place where all pain and suffering doesn't only subside, it vanishes completely. All problems mental, physical, and spiritual are gone forever!

This would seem like the idealistic destination for the majority of humans who are near death. This context is understandable because family members and the primary party are mentally laid at ease. It's like the painkiller for death. At first glance, this "feels" like the place to go.

Say you spend a few weeks in Heaven. Pain, problems, and sins no longer exist. You suddenly realize that pain is what made life thrilling. Pleasure can't exist without pain. Sex, the greatest physical feeling in life can be equally as painful as it is pleasurable. Genitals are highly sensitive, which easily stimulates pleasure and pain.

Problems are what push human evolution forward. Without a problem, you would no longer need a solution. Humans no longer need to adapt to their environment. In this case, physical and mental problems are gone.

Sins are what make us human. Without sins, you are not alive. Practically everything we see and do is a sin in one way or another. Just being alive is a sin, because we are paying for our sins by being alive. If we didn't have sins we would no longer need to pay them. Without sins, what kind of life are you left with? A perfect void of nothing.

When you think about what the perfect paradise is, the Heaven you know is now the Heaven that exists and that always exists. Without pain, problems, and sins comes infinite boredom in a void of nothing. This is the alternative to hell. Religion is less about what we want and more about what God wants. Science is more about what we want and less about what God wants. Either way, we lose.
