In a situation where I'm Torn between wanting to make a friend, but not knowing if they like me or I'm being annoying? Can't decide if I should reach out and make plans, or wait for her to?

It's a girl from my town I'd never spoken to but knew of. Two months ago I messaged her to ask about something. It wasn't my goal to make friends, but she ended up being super friendly and talkative, she carried the conversation on all evening, to the point we weren't even talking about the thing I initially asked. She also followed me on TikTok and Insta and I followed back.
The next day, she popped up to me, and once again we spoke for most of the evening. The conversation even got quite deep when she started sharing some personal things.

After that point, we continued chatting here and there, and liking and commenting on eachother's posts. During one of our chats she suggested we meet up once restrictions are lifted.
Eventually restrictions did start lifting, so I reached out and asked if she wanted to make plans like we'd spoken about. She said sure, so I began asking about which day would be best. She didn't even open the message all night, then when she finally did, she left me on read. I Was pretty dismayed and confused, as she'd been the one to suggest this in the first place, so didn't know why she seemed reluctant now. She finally did reply that evening, and said she was out of town but would be back from 4th-7th May

It is now the 4th May, and I haven't heard from her. I'm Not sure what to do next.
I Can't tell if she actually wants to meet anymore or not, and even if she does I'm not sure if I should message her or wait for her to message me.
Something is telling me to leave her alone, but I don't know it's that just paranoia/anxiety getting in the way if me making a friend.
She's apparently only back until Friday, then I'll soon be starting a new job so won't have as much free time, so I don't want to miss out on our chance to meet.

Me and my boyfriend were watching the circle, I commented on how I liked the girl's glasses to which he replied she looks like you but she's prettier. I was confused and shocked as I didn't comment on the girl's physical appearance, so I replied with "why would you say that?" He then said "what's wrong? it's just an observation" to which I replied : "I didn't ask for a comparison though I was complementing her glasses" he then was confused as to why I was bothered by the comment, and processed to tell me that if I told him someone was more handsome than he is, he wouldn't be upset and was like I don't know why you girls are so dramatic. To which I said any girl would be upset if her boyfriend out of the blue compared her to a girl and said they look similar but that she's not as pretty. Then he tried to cheer me up as he saw I was sad. I know there is a lot of people prettier than me, all of us have someone prettier than us, but I feel like he didn't have the need to say it out loud he could have kept it to himself, especially since he knows I'm insecure with my looks around him, we were friends before dating and he rated me a 6/10, once after having sex he said my boobs are a bit saggy and that I can workout to perk them up ( also without me asking and I never thought my boobs were saggy). Also I'm not his usual type as I know what kind of girls he likes. I've talked with him about all of this and he always reassures me that he finds me beautiful and cute which is hard to believe after hearing all his little comments about my looks and yesterday was the cherry.
Was I overreacting by being upset at his 'observation' ? Or were my feelings validated?

I had a con artist boyfriend before who took advantage of my money , I think I did spent more than 50K+ in everything. And, he also loaned a motorbike under my name and gladly her sister helped me to fully paid it.

A year later, I sold the motorbike for 47K and returned the money back to her sister. I am confused if I made the right decision knowing that his brother owe me more than the motorbike costs.

Did I make the right decision Or NOT?
