27F, the longest I was with someone was a few months. I have only ever met men on dating apps, I don’t have friends or a social life. I had to use dating apps because men just don’t ever approach me. I know women get approached doing everyday things like groceries, going to the bookstore etc. I’m told I’m cute, even when I was a little skinnier I assumed that would lead to more attention. I get messages on the apps but my reality has been: good looking guys only want casual, the decent looking ones are too short for me and the meh ones have a decent personality but I’m not physically attracted to them. I have tried bumble after years of expecting guys to approach first, I have gotten a good amount of responses recently but it continues to die out early on. I just go through periods where I feel the need to take a step back and test the guys interest. Or periods where I want companionship and for a few weeks, I have no desire to talk to any guy. Some say self sabotage I say it’s a gut instinct knowing it’s doomed to fail.

When I first met my boyfriend of three years, I was in my first semester of college, had been cheated on in the past, and didn't trust anyone. Within a month of dating him we were official. I thought it moved way too fast and was still carrying a lot of baggage. I slept with two different people a month in from being official. It was because I had been untrusting of everyone.

A year later, I told him that I slept with someone a week after we got together, (not two people a month after). I don't know why I did that but now I feel terrible. Should I confess now, almost three years later about the details or was telling him in general good enough?

I love him so much and believe he is my soulmate. I just feel guilty now.

I know I fucked up- I am just looking for constructive advice please.
