It seems to me at times we give people every excuse imaginable to embrace weakness, and condemn those who project confidence and strength. Every one seems to have an excuse for everything these days, and we have all been socially engineered to make exception for them. Level of sensitivity these days for things that defies reason or common sense blows my mind honestly.

But then again it remains me of the saying that; "The meek (weak) will inherit the earth and they shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."

This always makes me wonder what exactly they will inherit and for how long will it will last, when the strong are no longer around to defend them. Makes me reference my own personal saying;

"Rome fell because there weren't enough Romans left who still believed it was worth defending in the end. From there the world fell into chaos, were the strong took what they wanted and weak suffered what they must."

Seems like in American today things are reversed at times, were the strong are forced to endure what they must, because everyone else doesn't have to take any responsibility for themselves... there is no excuse or exception for being strong, its just a mentality.

If you tell me not to take myself too seriously, I will immediately see you as a weakling trying to infect me with your weakness.

But let's go with your sorry excuse for a methodology for a moment. Who takes you seriously if you're not taking yourself seriously?

In general I feel men are pressured by society to NOT speak their minds about the issues they have about women publicly. If you don’t believe me then just see how often women post openly on social media about their relationship anger, frustrations, heartbreak, “sexism”, etc vs. how often men do it. However internally men feel all the exact same negative emotions but we are trained not to express them. It’s one of the reasons you see guys writing and posting more on GAG. The anonymity gives us a safer place to ventilate.

There are a few reasons why men are more restrained. Part of it is due to some of us being raised to be chivalrous to women. Unfortunately some women see this as weakness and take advantage of guys who instinctively treat women well. Also feminist propaganda says that a man expressing anger (verbally) is “threatening” and “words can be violence”. When it comes to heartbreak we get far less leeway to look like “bitches”. We train ourselves not to cry.

But seriously if men were allowed to speak their minds (including anger) it would actually be a safer way to ventilate. There would be less REAL violence, less depression, less substance abuse, etc. Just because a guy is pissed off it doesn’t mean he doesn’t have self restraint to not take things over the line.

According to many Republicans, it’s President Joe Biden’s fault that Russia invaded Ukraine.
Republicans have turned Vladimir Putin’s invasion into a political opportunity for the party, claiming that Biden’s weakness is the reason Putin went forward with his war.

Some GOP candidates have even started fundraising off the Russian invasion. Erik Aadland, running for Congress in Colorado’s 7th District, quickly sent an email Wednesday night saying Putin was “walking all over Joe Biden just like China and Iran” and asking supporters to donate to his campaign to take the House back from Democrats.
Virginia state Sen. Bryce Reeves, also running for Congress, sent a similar email saying Putin invaded because America’s enemies “know that Joe Biden is weak and depends on the support of the Woke Democrats for his political survival.”

“Joe Biden’s weakness has helped bring the world to this point,” added Florida congressional candidate Brian Mast in his own fundraising pitch.
But as Faith Hillis, a professor of Russian history at the University of Chicago said, “What matters is that Putin denies a sovereign state’s right to exist and to make its own domestic and foreign policy. And he invaded completely unprovoked (and even without the staged provocation that many expected). This is akin to Hitler’s invasion of Poland. That’s it.”
