i dance for about 3 hours every night to edm songs. i lose about 2000 calories every night ( I've lost 15 lbs). i love dancing so much in the dark , i twerk and do zumba stuff.
i think i may be ocd or something because i can't go a night without dancing. if people are around- i just go somewhere else and turn the light off to dance. people all ways ask me what i do alone and lol im too embarrassed to tell them.(by the way i just finished and im sweaty as hell) sometimes i do afternoons or early mornings. i only started dancing for 3 hours because my mother kept interrupting me, before i used to do it 9pm to 8 am and i would not eat and i would just sleep the whole day (i lost 50 lbs over 1 month but i added it back and became obese after 1 year of family poverty but not fat obese). but i get cravings to dance all the time, is this normal? im 15 by the way
