I went on 3dates with a guy and he was being hot and cold for 2months yet positive and flirty, I discussed what I’m looking for and yet he got distant then finally he told me he missed me and didn’t think I was genuinely interested in him... I clearly had told him we could continue in getting to know each other. So he asked me to show him effort and that he wants to make me happy (something tells me he was buzzed).

He asked me on another date and we went out, he said he wasn’t ready for anything serious and doesn’t want to waste my time but if something builds from it then great. He named all of the qualities he likes from me and shared things he doesn’t like that his ex did.

I felt he was very contradicting because he’s afraid but it can be many things.
Now I don’t know what to do... any advice?

so I had a crush on this guy for 3 years now and we are cool with each other. but yesterday he overheard me talking about my ex and he suddenly started asking questions like "aww who broke your heart?" in a playful way. also when ever we got the chance to talk he would say "awww someone broke **** heart". today my phone kept on ringing in class and we was like "is that him?" and I was like nooo. do y'all think he's finally coming around.

I run into my "sorta ex" 10 times a day, and he has been trying to flex on the whole school+ me by hanging out with another girl and thinking she's all that, when nobody even thinks so nor cares. Today, he sat at a computer in the library where I hang out for my spare. I thought the eye contact was a coincidence. At the end of day, I headed to the bench by the front doors to wait for my ride like everyday. He was standing in my path 10-15 meters from the door with his friends (he is there everyday). Im near the door. He walks his friend to the door, opens it for him, keeps talking then turns and faces me for two seconds before I look away. He walks all the way back to where he was with other friends. Then, 3 mins later, he does it again. Escorts his friend (my badminton partner) to the door while talking, holds the door for some other people and then turns and faces me with sort of a smirk/ smile. And walks all the way back to where he was. I look away and in the back I hear
"Did she look at you?"
"Uh yeahhhhh"
