Search Results: give him the confidence to ask me out

So.. Today I interviewed the person who wants to be in my team. I need active, social, leading, persuading students.

The girl, Let's call her Lilly, was very shy, she couldn't even tell me her past experience, she was very nervous, I gave her a water and encouraged her to speak.
What I found out made me surprised, It seems like she's a great performer and hard-working but she finds it hard to express herself and speak in front of people.
To make her more open I asked her some psychological questions, like "If you were a color, which one would you be and why", She said "yellow", I thought she would say "grey". Yellow is also my favourite color along with Orange and I asked her how does she relate with this color. She said she doesn't but she wants to relate to it and shine like it someday.

And I kinda felt the need to hire this girl, just to give her a confidence and to give her a chance to shine someday. I know It will change her life at least a bit and raise her self-esteem and I think I can make something out of her. I really want to give her a chance, but I am not sure, since other team members will be way competitive than her. But It needs different types of people to make a great team.

So would you hire Lilly?
