So, I'll say first off this is a fictional thing, so no one should take it too seriously. The question is just a bit of fun.

Those of you who have watched HIMYM know what the olive theory is, but I'll explain to the rest. So simply put it means that a relationship supposedly has high potential for success if one person loves olives and the other person hates them. However, in the series it turns out that Marshall was just lying about hating olives for the theory's sake, but they're still all time couple goals.

So, based on your previous relationships, have those who you disagree about olives with worked out better than those who share your view?

My boyfriend absolutely loves olives and I think they're disgusting, so I'm hoping for the olive theory to be true. 😝

I've posted a few questions lately about my frustrations in trying to meet people for friendship. Considering the fact that I'm in an open relationship, I'm open to friends with benefits.

I've had it with this new ghosting trend. It makes no damned sense to me. But I'm noticing another pattern now:

People who say that they're only looking for sex, or friendship, but secretly they're just afraid to actively look for a relationship because they've been hurt too much.

Are having sex, they will spring it on me that they're "falling for me" after constantly reminding me that this is "just meaningless sex", when I've made it clear that I'm not interested in being with them like that.

Like, who are you trying to convince? I have a man that I'm happy with, you're just added fun. And, when we're only meeting to hook up, how the fuck do you think you know me enough to be "in love"? What is wrong with people these days?
