So these men that are seeking should never have an issue of being single if their motives are pure. If you're a total douche then you deserve what you get.

Keep the interest flowing in constant conversations about any of those topics with tasteful humor. If you do that then you will spark intrigue and depth that she will admire. If that is accomplished your appearance, sex appeal, bank account, living situation will not even come close to being as important. Because intrigue and intellect is a rare excitement every woman desires. They are starving for that type of connection. Deservingly so in this era.

Most marriages end in divorce. Women initiate divorce 80% of the time. Divorce is incredibly unfair to the guy - as the woman can essentially steal your belongings. If you owned a nice car, she can essentially steal if from you. Oh, and take your kids, and force you to pay for them while other men discipline and abuse your kids.

Marriage is too risk. Would you go skydiving if the parachute fail rate was 60% (like marriage)? Doubt it. Also aside from the risks, modern women don't even offer anything in terms of marriage. Modern girls cook? Nope. Wants kids? Not really. Care for you, or do housework for you? Hell no. So... what's the point? What do you get from marriage, as a man? NOTHING.

Girls basically wanna get married after they spend their youth sleeping around and doing all sorts. Then, they know their looks will fade soon, so they pretend they are near-virginal and pretend to be wife material. Then you marry her and she nags, takes your money and barely has sex with you... even though in college she would let three guys (strangers) take turns with her... so yeah. If you marry as a guy: you get cucked and ROBBED by the woman and the law.

Guys are expected to approach her, ask for her number, then ask her out a few days later, then to say the right things to win her over, spend money on her, take the initiative and the leading with everything, decide where you're going to take her, initiate conversation and keep it going, ask questions, make the move towards going for the first kiss, and advancing towards sex. Guys are expected to risk rejection, while she goes on feeling validated for the rest of the day and not caring about how hurt the guy is. Girls aren't expected to do any of this and they rarely do.
