I’m sure this has happens to you: You rave about something–a restaurant, movie, book, game, etc–and highly recommend it to a friend. But when they try it, they didn’t enjoy it. What do you say? How do you feel?

If you're asking people honestly, or your looking at reviews for somewhere, whether it be a movie, restaurant, different country, etc, and some people said that wherever you were looking at was excellent in their opinion, others said it was brutally bad, but a lot said it was ok, but everyone agreed that the service was good, and the people were more than welcoming. Like out of 500 reviews, 60 gave it one star (in terms of food, entertainment, etc, 90 gave it 5 stars, 180 gave it 3, and said it's good enough that they would come back, 80 gave it 2 stars, and 90 gave it 4 stars. What would be your thoughts on that?
