I'm a young guy in his early 20s who's competing as an amateur Welterweight boxer, Muay Thai Fighter and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) practitioner (ranked as a Purple Belt). The only and only female athlete that's giving me such a high motivation and inspiration as a fighter is Holly Holm (former Women's UFC Bantamweight Champ and former Multiple Division World Boxing Champ). She's simply the only athlete in combat sports in general that I can think of that has ever won world titles in two different sports, which is very unheard of accomplishment from female fighters and even from male fighters in general.

To me, Holly Holm is like the female version of Evander Holyfield (although he never competed in any other combat sports outside of boxing). Both of them are overachievers with the fighting heart size of Texas and both held their world title belts with class and modesty.

Right now, I'm a young college-aged guy who's has been training in boxing for years (with a lot of sparring experience but not exactly any amateur background, originally I was gonna have my first amateur fight in a smoker before I had to leave my gym). I had to leave my boxing gym several months ago because I work at a job that doesn't fit with my boxing gym schedule and I have no where else to go for a job/work while going to college. Right now, I've been trying to quit my current job to work somewhere else that pays decent and that's in the early morning shift so I can fit everything in with my schedule. I've been even more out of shape and a little depressed since I've stopped going and now I'm doing everything I can to come back.

Another thing also crossed my mind. It's cross training between two different gyms (Boxing and MMA). There's this MMA gym (opened by actual UFC fighters) that's literally a couple of blocks away from my house and I've been thinking of going there to get back in shape and learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for self-defense. I figured it would be great for me since I want to get back in shape soon and also mix my fighting background up a bit. As for my boxing gym, I'm pretty loyal to my boxing trainers so I still want to come back to my same boxing gym (plus the boxing gym membership is very cheap). My plan is to train boxing during my week days and possibly get into competition while going to MMA training on the weekends.

I don't know at the moment but right now, I'm thinking about checking out that MMA gym later today so what are your guys' suggestions?

I'm currently a Middleweight amateur boxing with a record of 55-3(42 KO/TKOs). I've been boing since I was 10 years old and a very long time fan of the sport. As for MMA, It wasn't until I was 12-13 years old that I suddenly also became a very vig MMA fan after watching a UFC fight between Anderson Silva and Rich Franklin. I've also been watching old recorded fights of Pride Fighting Championship, which had me all pumped up watching their fights.

Recently, I made some new friends in college who have had a long-time martial arts background (Muay Thai, Wrestling and BJJ). I told them that I'm an amateur boxer who's not only a diehard boxing fan but also big MMA fan. They told me if I'm interested in enhancing my fighting background and make a career out of MMA, then I can come over to their gym.

I've thought about the two careers and analyzed the pros and cons of Boxing and MMA.

Boxing -
Pros: Much more paycheck, more globally mainstream, rich history, more press freedom (compared to UFC/MMA), slightly more respectable athletes.

Cons: More higher risk of permanent head/brain injury and in-the-ring death, being a world champion in boxing has now become meaningless with multiple alphabet world titles from multiple unnecessary sanctioning bodies, a world boxing champion can cherry-pick their contenders if they wanted to and get away with it more often.

MMA -
Pros: Very fast growing sport, slightly less shady underhand tactics than boxing regarding fights and promoting a fighter, less likely to suffer from permanent brain damage and death than boxing, no world champions are allowed to cherry-pick their opponents once they sign a contract with a promotion/organization/league (UFC, Bellator, etc.).

Cons: Less paycheck, still only popular in a few countries (even in Brazil, MMA isn't all that well-known as a sport), outlandish and exaggerated promotion of the sport.

I used to be a big MMA fan, which used to be my 2nd favorite sport to follow, right behind Boxing. Now, I just honestly hate the direction that the UFC is heading with the way they promote their fighters, they way they promote women's divsion and how politcally correct they've gotten, along with how dumb the MMA fans have gotten later on. I hate how this new generation of the MMA community is being too politicaly correct regarding women's MMA fighers on how they're just as equally physically capable as the male MMA fighters, when in reality, the vast majority of male fighters who have sparred with women MMA fighters are obviously taking it light on them judging by all the UFC videos that I've watched.

I'm no sexist. I'm all for women being allowed to professionally compete in any fighting sport. I just hate the political correctness of it being shoved down my throat and then display the hypocrisy of it (bashing Floyd Mayweather for being a woman beater yet encourages a fight between him and Ronda Rousey) and how the most marketable female fighters are based on strictly the favoritism of them from promoters rather the actual skills and real championship possession. For instance, why the hell is Ronda Rousey still being heavily pushed to the roof and not Holly Holm, despite that Holm soundly gave Rousey a very lopsided brutal beatdown in their match? I honestly miss the days of MMA when Anderson Silva, Chuck Liddell, GSP, BJ Penn and Randy Couture were the top stars of the sport.

You see why I'm starting to feel this way about MMA now?

Ronda was not fighting with her usual skills but with too much aggretion. Dana White said the remach will most likely take place in the new arena being built in Los Vegas. He commented that the arena called the MGM arena will be finished in July 2016 and the fist fighters to set foot on opening night would prabably be, you guessed it Holly and Ronda's rematch. If for many chance Randa was offfered triple or amybe more just to take the fall i think she would take the money, really, it's one of those win, win moments. The rematch will prabably be as big as the Mayweather and paccia fight, not to mention the money this fight will bring to UFC and the fighters.

Would you date a guy who presents those mental and physical traits? And Why? You can give various reasons both if you vote yes and no. Be honest.

- Nice, loyal, with a good sense of humour and charisma (dynamic personality);
- Ambitious, passionate and always living life with fighting spirit to achieve his goals: a Hard Worker;
- Loving, caring and looking for a serious relationship and eventually have a family;
- Physically: He has charm (hard to judge oneself but i think so), he's athletic, trains a lot but he's short in height (below the average), like 5'5 (like a UFC flyweight lol). Also (and interesting to mention for some women i believe), his P... size is 5.5 and he's average down there (sorry but for some girls it matters too!)
