For the last 200 years the world saw a massive change, a trend of countries move towards democracy, democracy is a fairly new concept in human history. In fact most countries that had adopted democratic rule is less than 80 years old, many are even less than 60; well since most of these countries had also just been decolonised. Now obviously the level of democracy varies as we know there are countries where there are flawed democracy, nevertheless still a democracy.

Blacks were enslaved in America for 246 years (1619 - 1865). Whites (Europeans) were enslaved from 711 AD - 1492 AD. That is 781 years. That is equivalent to blacks being enslaved until the year 2400 AD. I am a teenage African American male, but I think with my brain, not my skin color. I would definitely not let any African Americans around me receive any reparations. If whites owe blacks $200 in reparations per month, then blacks owe whites $800 per month in reparations.
