My sister is 22. She takes some kinda karate or whatever, and came home bragging about how her instructor said her flexibility was good. I blew her off, like yeah yeah, but that won't help. I don't know any of that stuff. She challenged me and I used my hands and she used her legs. She used BOTH legs and kept aiming HIGH kicks at my face, 1 leg and then the other, and I was backing up like UGGGGH!😩😩😩Then she was like let me show you... the flexibility part, and asked me to do it. I said no problem!😏So she sits down on the floor, spreads her legs in a V shape, puts both arms above her head and leans forward. She leaned all the way forward so her upper body and arms were flat on the floor, and I saw her legs stayed flat. Her knees didn't come up at all. I was like ok. So it was my turn. I sat down, legs apart in a V, put my arms over my head and went to lean forward. What happened... if u were betting on it, and how much would u bet? I wanna see.

So the "dad bod" has been in the media for some years now as the preferred body shape that women are attracted to. Although the media depiction is often not really a dad bod at all and too buff. So what is your view on a real dad bod? Is it really attractive or is it just a way for guys with a big belly to feel better about themselves?
