I donāt know what happened with me, but my mon noticed it when I was 12, almost 13! I looked very much like a chubby boy with tiny boobs at 12, I was very āblessedā with that baby-fat face that didnāt affect my boobs at all! One Monday morning when I came down for breakfast, mom was there which was nice because sheād been at work since like Thursday night! She gave a double take and did one of those āOMG, let me take a look at you!ā Then she asked me to take my glasses off and she said āyou look so grown-up! We need to get you some contact lenses, omg you look so different, do you have any tests today? I didnāt and we had a girls day out, she took me to get my hair done, get lots of new clothes, she even got me some make-up which was nice b/c she always said when I couldnāt wear make up until I was 13, and I was still almost 3months from that! So it was spa, hair make up, almost complete new wardrobeā¦ and contacts! It was like last week I looked like a chubby little girl, and today I looked like a young woman! It was actually really nice that I had that experience, b/c I REALLY got to notice the difference between me before boys noticed me, and after! I developed a new sense of confidence, which led to me becoming kinda popular as well! Thanks mom, for the best day off ever!

I had a glow up when I was 20 years old. I developed natural curves by working out and gaining 10 kg in total and my height increased from 160cm to 163cm. My boobs went from B cups to D cups and I started taking good care of my face which has less pimples now I still had pimples but theyāre like 4 instead of 20 when I was 13 to 18. I was skinny since I was a child at 2 years old till 19. I had zero curves, I was very scared of gaining weight at that time but when I was 20 I didnāt hate gaining weight because gaining weight helps me to develop curves and by working out too. A lot of girls and guys kept staring at my boobs like they wondering if theyāre either real or fake because most girls in my country are either A cups or B cups basically they had small boobs.

Well like guys already started to noticing me with 16 but I personally on the inside felt it was like with 19 and still going on haha
Iāve always been the type of girl to put a lot of effort into my appearance.
But when I was 18 I had my first glow up with basically a focus on being sexy. Iām just being blunt here lol - I started wearing padded bras, contoured my face and all that jazz. It came after I was rejected by this guy I liked.
I then had the shittiest break up of my life at 22. That was my second glow up. Letās say your girl now hits the gym and she has a booty :) I also stopped wearing basic tops and jeans and started wearing leather, ripped clothing, heels... basically like a bad bitch lol.Well I always had a banging body but I had baby fat until 21. I think I havenāt peaked yet and Iām 23 so I guess Iām still waiting for my proper glow up. Maybe when Iām 30 because I have a super young face not that thatās a bad thing but I guess I just look like a really cute little girl with a banging body.
I have changed little since I was a kid. Short, skinny, flat chested. Same dark complexion. Hair shorter than it used to be before I went to uni. I still wear similar clothes, except the old schol uniform! That is relegated to the back of the wardrobe. I do have some raunchy underwear these days!
Aparently this year. Even my sister who hadn't seen me in a while was speechless when she saw me. She said I "no longer looked like a little boy anymore." 😂 I think it's only because I lost weight, am building muscle mass, I have beard now, I edged hairline up pretty nicely, etc.
Mmm.. College?
I gained about 15-20lbs, but shrunk in size lmao. Went from a size 5 to a size 1/2. Went from "skinny fat" to flat and toned.
I didn't start glowing until 26.
Im still going strong, living my best life.
No acne with glowing skin thanks to my diet, toned thanks to my diet and chloe ting.I think Iām still in my glow up phase. I used to wear dark burgundy lipstick and wear my hair in a raggedy bun. I dress better, wear my hair better, get my lashes done , and I wear a lipgloss that fits me. Iāve never been big on actual makeup but Iām trying to.
What? What da fugggg? This only happens with women. And it only happens with like 10-20% of those women anyway. (The ones who are actually rich enough to afford beauty, styling, and makeover; cause that shiz ain't cheap.) The Kardashian collage proves it the most. Them heffers were 3s and 4s, at best! LOL. But no; this only applies to women and usually those who are upper middle class or rich. Most people stay at the "Ugly Duckling" phase, especially like, 95% of men.
My best friend growing up however (a female), evolved over one four-month summer vacation. She was 5'9" (four inch gain) and had 34C's by the time she came back for the 9th grade. I'm a male, but I was pissed she "leveled up" so much. But she was too embarrassed to come to school for a month or so.Who cares that you're not at you're best. I'm sure you're beautiful.
I started the " glow up" at 13 ( grew approximately a foot in 4-5 months ). Because u played sports, I gained enough muscle thžo be considered attractive by the girls. That lasted until I broke my leg and had hernia surgery. Then I gained a weigh. But I lost more than half of what I gained, so feeling confident I can get back in shape.Over the past couple of years. So 33/34
I was a Tom boy scraped hair back and wore baggy clothes then I had kids young. Now they are teens I started looking after me and weight lifting. I have the best body Iāve ever had right nowI donāt think I really had a glow up like ābishh Iām the shitā😌 until I was 24. I had hugee issues with figuring out who I was in terms of dressing and how I wanted to present myself.
Tbh I I think I've always been attractive. Just uncultured mostly which didn't get me any further in relationships with anyone. Body's basically stayed pretty average and sticky. Teddy Bear material. People mixed my name with bear all the time even people across the world.
I was probably 16 when I blossomed into my skin. Before that I was awkward and uncomfortable. I didnāt know then, though. Itās only now looking back at older photos that I realize that I was lovely. I felt horrible about myself for a long time.
Definitely around 14-15. I grew my hair out got contacts and my braces were finally straightening my teeth. Plus thatās when I started high school sports which definitely helped.
I was 13 and bingo bango, the boys noticed me. I lost my pregnancy weight after each baby. I still watch my figure, but I am 45 and showing signs of aging. I think my glow is fading. 😞
Kind of but not clothing wise, I used to be shy, but after beating my depression I felt so much stronger, glowing up in that sense
I never had a glow-up
We ain't ugly, we're just poor :)God blessing me Iām 26 and Iām realising how hot I am. Bad relationships had me walking around in sweats and bad leggings not focusing on myself but Iām back and Iām like woahh all glory to God. Iām working out so I stay this hot
I didn't have one to a girlish extent. I'm more of a bishonen, anyway. Almost a flat-chest, but that keeps it ambiguous, so I don't mind.
I've kinda always been glowing up. I mean don't wear make up like most girls in these glow up pics and I've stayed skinny and cute throughout my life so far. I guess I'm always naturally glowing up in a way I suppose lol.
