sort of an odd question but was at the beach the other day and noticed a bit of a trend on the older women like 30's 40's 50's maybe , there seemed to be a lot with either there belly button pierced or with tattoo's and some had both. I'm not saying all the women that age are getting something done maybe the beach crowd is more open to it than others would be. but it did seem to be fairly common. so here is my poll

I asked a girl some time back if she thought I was good-looking.

She said: "Hmmm, above-average I guess."

I asked her if it was like slightly above-average, or way above-average, or what?

She said: "Comfortably."

I'd like to know what this means please? Obviously I don't want to bring it up with her again.

Poll: Does she look like she lifts?

So what does this actually mean?

I'm intelligent. I've intelligence to spare. No one I've dated has noted my IQ score however as a core reason for dating me. Now I'm not being facetious here so I'll help you out with three options.

A. Intelligence as a trait: You're attracted to an IQ score. Someone must be in MENSA to turn you on. This is divorced from what they choose to do in life.

B. Intelligence as action: You're attracted to a profession perceived as intelligent regardless of the person's IQ. For instance a doctor with a 107 IQ is sexy while a person with the same or higher IQ who is a fisherman isn't. You just find the former role more fitting.

C. Intelligence as perception: You're attracted to how intelligent you feel a person is. You hold long deep conversations with someone and think your neurons are aflame while at it making them seem smarter to you regardless of both your IQ and theirs. You may also perceive people of higher IQ as "lower" even if verified if you can't really understand them or don't find them deep enough.

Just vote in the poll. Not that half of you will actually read the options and most will pick a very specific option. Let's see if I win this bet.

I honestly don't really know what the follow feature does on this site. I had an account in the past and it seemed as though everyone was constantly itching to unfollow you.

it bothers me a little bit. It's like the rest of the Americas is either non existent or disregarded. I know that there are a lot of citizens of the US who disregard anything going on outside their borders, but of course there are others that have a wider and like knowing what's going on outside their country.

I think that the USA needs an actual name for their country. maybe it will bring them together more.. haha, yeah right, but what do you think? Do you hate that they use the word 'American' to describe where they live, or you fine with it?

also the poll is for whether you think they need to change the name of their country.. for me it still sounds divided.

Though the poll options may seem extreme they need not be taken literally; it's a question of your stubbornness on the world and all that is within it that matters to you. It does not need to be earthshattering subjects or current hot topics either and can be as simple as your refusal to wear blue with green. Anything you feel very strongly about.
