Search Results: pays too much attention

So I feel bad whenever I snap at my mom but she drives me crazy. I'll tell you how she is and let you think. So for the longest time I've always been there for her and helped her out a lot. My siblings are lazy and don't do anything around the house except for me. If it isn't her it's me. Ok so.. I noticed I get ignored a lot by family and my mom ignores me too ALL THE TIME it seems and she doesn't seem to understand me. She makes fun of me by saying how I mumble and she has pointed it out many times more than once and I got annoyed by it so I yelled at her. I have social anxiety with strangers and anxiety in general. So everytime I talk to her I start stuttering I don't know if that's why I have a stuttering problem with her cause I feel like she's not paying attention to me. Sometimes she'll tell me to stop talking to her cause she's reading something or resting. Today she annoyed me cause I was talking to her about my favorite celebrity and didn't even pay attention to what I said all she said was "go turn the tv on." "Are you going to turn it on?" and ignored me completely. She always never listens to me it's so annoying she'll end up saying something else or flat out ignore me and stare at her phone or just nod her head. Yesterday I yelled at her I know this is mean but I told her that she wasn't even that old to be acting that way and that she should be listening to me (she's 51) and she said well you have no friends if you had friends they wouldn't listen to you either. But this is EVERYDAY. It's like I'm talking to a wall. So I feel awkward and frustrated when talking to her cause I feel like she doesn't understand. I don't feel this way when I talk to my boyfriend and I don't stutter as much.. So am I over reacting or is she annoying? cause I honestly don't know but I do get snappy with her these days cause I feel like she doesn't care about me or what I have 2 say.
