First thing's first, my biggest hang up in dating is the fact that I want a virgin partner. I just love the idea of a girl saving herself for me, and only me... and I am just too afraid to date someone who has had sex before, because I don't want her to compare me to someone else.

I know a lot of people think it's stupid, in fact you are probably going to hate on me, but please hear me out and help me get over this obstacle.

The thing is, I don't want to get rid of my hang up. I just want to find a way to get a girlfriend who meets my preference. It's even more complicated because I have pretty high standards when it comes to appearance as well.

I go to a very small high school, and I'm not interested in any of the girls I go to school with. I want to wait until college to find my life partner, but as time goes on, more and more girls my age lose their maidenhood - leaving me with less options. Now take whoever is left, and I still have to find a virgin that I also find attractive.

What should I do? Should I turn to online dating so I can find my soul mate before it's too late? Should I take my chances and wait until college? Will I have any hope of finding a virgin partner if I wait until then?

I am 22 and I never had a girlfriend before. I don't want a girl to be my first love if I am not hers, especially when she loved someone when she was a teenager or when she was a kid.

But I feel what I am looking for is a pipe dream. I don't know if she is out there. And the older I get, the harder it is going to be.

As long as she is legal (18+) and out of high school, it is fine. But even at that I feel she will be nearly impossible to find
